Counting my many blessings. I love to do that from time to time

1. Sun
Top of the list guys! There is sunshine streaming through my window at work right now, warming my little African violet on the window, and making my desk nice and warm. Do you even remember last January? I remember trying to blog last January, and I just couldn't because I was too depressed by the inversion, freezing temps, and lack of sun. Remember that? Guh, I am just so so so happy about this winter right now. I hope the goodness holds for a while, and we keep getting storms and moisture, and sun!

2. Job
I love my job. It's so simple, and maybe a little boring. But I am getting my college debts paid off! I keep learning new things about SEO and the web and it makes me feel smart. The blog-sphere is a strange and entertaining place to be:)

3. Jetta/Carpool
Cars are so important. I kind of wish I lived somewhere where I wouldn't have to bother with driving, and I could just take a train around, but alas, living here, it is a price to pay. I definitely miss my Westminster commute. It was my time for me. I could listen to whatever I wanted, mindlessly speed down the freeway at odd hours (not rush hour) and it was actually pretty great. Nowadays, I am forced to drive during rush hour, a normally 15 min commute, that takes 25 min on a good day. I don't love it, but sometimes I carpool with my mom which is fun. We have some good times:)
Also glad the Jetta is working again. Had to get it repaired right before Christmas, but now it runs like a dream!

4. Tumblr

5. New TV
haha... me and my TV obsessions. Supernatural comes back on toNITE! ahhh I am super stoked. It's a terrible show, but at this point I'm too obsessed with the characters to get annoyed at the bad writing. I also gave into other peer pressures and started watching Dr. Who with some girls at work. Still not sure how I feel about it, but I'm just going with it.

My latest obsession is with It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I don't recommend it if you aren't a rated R type of person, but it is just too funny. I love love love love it. Don't even get me started. The characters are poisonously narcissistic, the writing tackles some of the biggest controversial topics, and always manages to do it in good taste. The comedy is pure awesome. Yeah.

6. New Tunes

I've been trying out some new music too. This one is my favorites right now. Just listen and tell me it's not awesome!

Well, I am just super happy right now. I am glad it isn't like last year when I felt like dying. Celebrate!
