Valentine's Day Shipping

Hey Friends! Happy Valentines Day:) I hope you are doing something amazing this weekend. I have decided to spread my irrational love of this holiday with my coworkers this year and I plan to have a movie party on Friday with some of the other single girls I work with. Should be amazing.
I already decorated and mailed my Valentines to my bestest friends. I know, I know. I act like I'm in 1st grade... but if I didn't act this way, then I fear the holiday wouldn't be as fun:)

So in honor of Valentines, I decided to present you with the couples I ship the most! I got the idea from my other friends blog. haha Sorry Brianne.
And for those of you who aren't obsessing with things like Tumblr and fandoms constantly, shipping has nothing to do with transport or cargo. It derives from the word "relationship" and is used by psychos like me to talk about the relationships (usually romantic) of our favorite characters in books and movies.

Sokka and Suki

I love Avatar the Last Airbender. So much. Sokka is definitely one of my favorite characters. I like him and Suki together because they compliment each other so well. When they first met and Sokka had to be humbled by her a bit, and then in turn Suki was inspired enough by the whole gang to leave her home and help refugees. I also love how they are both non-benders and able to prove themselves with intelligence, leadership, and teamwork.
Also, how can you not love their second kiss in the Serpent's Pass? Here is some great shipping from ATLA:)

Eowyn and Faramir

I'll admit, I like them in the movie. I know some people were upset by how Faramir was kind of a scumbag at first, because in the book he is super nice, but I liked it. I liked how he kind of had to get over himself and his family's selfishness. I also liked Eowyn's story, and how she had to grow up too. It's always great to see two characters grow and find themselves. They have a few cute scenes together at the end and I just kind of loved it. That's all...

Captain Mal and Inara

A nice deleted scene from Serenity for you. If you want to talk about sexual tension here we go. These two are nuts... maybe it just feels so intense because the show was never finished? I know in the movie they kind of have a happy ending, but it stills seems ambiguous. I guess that's just the nature of their relationship... No one really knows. When I think about this ship I just get so frustrated. Out of all the pairings in the crew, I just like their strange relationship the best.

Isabelle and Simon

From the Mortal Instruments series, this couple is super great. I also love Alec and Magnus, but for now I'm going to say these guys are my favorite. Simon is definitely the best character in the whole series. He's just a normal, typical dude who gets mixed up in his friend's insane life and ends up becoming a vampire, drinking angel blood and becoming a daylight vampire, and having the mark of Cain set upon him. Also, he's just the coolest... Isabelle is a part of the moody, dramatic Nephilim race, but luckily she is the least moody of them. Their ship takes a long time to develop in the story, but when Isabelle finally realized she likes Simon... yay!
