I've been on a bit of a music binge lately... Like all I want to do is listen to music and then listen to some more music. I always thought I wasn't too picky about music. HA! um... yeah. Apparently I am very picky, you can just ask Emma:)
You can never go wrong with a soundtrack. Music in movies reach such a wide audience, they kind of have to be the bomb.
You can also never go wrong with going back in time. We remember certain songs, well, because they rock!
And if you are careful, some new stuff can rock pretty hard. Lately I just want everything to rock! Kathleen helped me find The Subways... great stuff. I really love this one: 1. good for head banging 2. that BASS!
Have you heard this song? I adore it! Dan's voice is so old fashioned blues, and ugghhh it's just crazy good. I also think this music video is totally hilarious:)
Do you like Nirvana? I do! I love Kurt and his hair, and his scratchy, familiar voice:) 90's alternative make me very happy!
And you already know how happy 80's alternative makes me, but here is one last farewell song for you. Sorry I have been blogging so much lately, I obviously am doing a great job at procrastination.
I will check out your music choices! Some are familiar and some are not. Thanks for sharing your favs. I'm a music snob too, in that I get sick of things really easy and have to take long breaks in between listens.
